With the latest equipment and expertise, the manufacturing process has been systematically designed to make every job and every finished garment as per client requirements. There are several quality control procedures that all incoming fabrics are tested by before manufacturing. These range from trim inspections, marker inspections and cutting to test for shrinkage before materials are used.

On the receipt of order, the raw materials, including the fabric and trims, as well as the time is planned and communicated to staff before production commences. Details, schedules and daily monitoring are done against plan, to prevent any avoidable delays. Once complete, the 100 percent of the finished garment is inspected before packing to prevent defects. This has been our system since the beginning and thus far, we have achieved excellent customer satisfaction that we hope to only improve as time progresses.
